Et pour l\u2019\u00e9criture, c\u2019est pareil. Beaucoup se fixent un quota quotidien : 500 mots, 1 000 mots, 2 000 mots. Le chiffre a quelque chose de net, de mesurable, de motivant. Et il a un effet secondaire agr\u00e9able : planifier donne d\u00e9j\u00e0 l\u2019impression d\u2019avancer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce qu\u2019on oublie souvent, dans l\u2019enthousiasme de janvier, c\u2019est un adversaire discret mais redoutablement efficace : la procrastination.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pas parce que tu serais paresseux. Mais parce que la procrastination est souvent un r\u00e9flexe de protection. Elle t\u2019\u00e9pargne des \u00e9tats inconfortables : l\u2019incertitude, le d\u00e9bordement, la peur du jugement, le chaos mental. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi le Nouvel An est un bon moment pour ne pas seulement poser des objectifs, mais construire un syst\u00e8me qui prend la procrastination au s\u00e9rieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pourquoi-les-quotas-quotidiens-echouent-si-souvent\">Pourquoi les quotas quotidiens \u00e9chouent si souvent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les quotas ne s\u2019effondrent pas \u00e0 cause des chiffres. 500 mots, ce n\u2019est pas \u00ab trop \u00bb. Ils \u00e9chouent parce qu\u2019il faut les imposer chaque jour \u00e0 ton humeur, \u00e0 ton quotidien et \u00e0 ton syst\u00e8me nerveux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un quota peut fonctionner. Mais seulement si tu sais r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que se passe-t-il en moi, juste avant de commencer ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup connaissent ce moment. Tu t\u2019assois, tu ouvres le document\u2014et tout \u00e0 coup, tout para\u00eet plus urgent. Les mails. La vaisselle. Wikip\u00e9dia. Un nouveau dossier \u201cparfait\u201d pour ton projet. Ce n\u2019est pas un hasard. La procrastination appara\u00eet souvent exactement l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019entr\u00e9e fait mal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-procrastination-n-est-pas-un-defaut-moral-c-est-un-signal\">La procrastination n\u2019est pas un d\u00e9faut moral : c\u2019est un signal<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Psychologiquement, la procrastination sert souvent \u00e0 faire baisser la tension \u00e0 court terme. Tu ne repousses pas \u201cle travail\u201d. Tu repousses l\u2019\u00e9motion li\u00e9e au d\u00e9marrage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et cette \u00e9motion peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rente selon les personnes. Donc, pour sortir de la peur de la page blanche, tu n\u2019as pas besoin de te culpabiliser. Tu as besoin d\u2019un diagnostic : quel type de procrastination est actif, aujourd\u2019hui, maintenant ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quatre-causes-frequentes-et-leurs-sensations\">Quatre causes fr\u00e9quentes \u2014 et leurs sensations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-le-flou-qui-deborde\">1. Le flou qui d\u00e9borde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu ne sais pas clairement quoi \u00e9crire ensuite. Commencer ressemble \u00e0 un pas dans le brouillard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Signe typique : tu fixes l\u2019\u00e9cran en pensant : \u201cJe commence o\u00f9 ?\u201d<br>Puis tu te r\u00e9fugies dans le plan, les notes, la structure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strat\u00e9gie :<\/strong> r\u00e9duire la prochaine \u00e9tape \u00e0 quelque chose de tr\u00e8s concret. Pas \u00ab \u00e9crire le chapitre \u00bb, mais \u00ab faire entrer le personnage \u00bb ou \u00ab r\u00e9diger deux phrases \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-le-perfectionnisme-comme-strategie-de-securite\">2. Le perfectionnisme comme strat\u00e9gie de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu n\u2019oses pas commencer parce que le d\u00e9but pourrait \u00eatre mauvais. Alors, tu attends d\u2019\u00eatre \u00ab \u00e0 la hauteur \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Signe typique : tu \u00e9cris une phrase, tu l\u2019effaces, tu la r\u00e9\u00e9cris.<br>Ou tu relis dix fois au lieu d\u2019avancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strat\u00e9gie :<\/strong> s\u00e9parer strictement brouillon et jugement. \u00c9crire d\u2019abord, \u00e9valuer plus tard. Sans limites, le perfectionnisme avale le temps et le courage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-la-peur-du-regard\">3. La peur du regard<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout le monde ne procrastine pas \u00ab \u00e0 cause des autres \u00bb. Mais beaucoup redoutent un regard, r\u00e9el ou imagin\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Signe typique : d\u00e8s que tu penses \u00e0 publier, le texte devient \u00ab pas pr\u00eat \u00bb.<br>Ou la honte arrive avant m\u00eame la premi\u00e8re ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strat\u00e9gie :<\/strong> \u00e9crire d\u2019abord pour une seule personne : toi, dans trois mois. La publication se d\u00e9cide plus tard, pas au premier paragraphe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-l-ecriture-collee-a-la-valeur-personnelle\">4. L\u2019\u00e9criture coll\u00e9e \u00e0 la valeur personnelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9criture devient un test : \u00ab Si je n\u2019\u00e9cris pas aujourd\u2019hui, alors je suis\u2026 \u00bb<br>Chaque session ressemble \u00e0 un examen, et la procrastination te prot\u00e8ge de l\u2019\u00e9chec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Signe typique : une mauvaise journ\u00e9e prend tout de suite une dimension \u00e9norme. Alors tu \u00e9vites de commencer pour \u00e9viter de te mesurer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Strat\u00e9gie :<\/strong> d\u00e9coller l\u2019identit\u00e9 de la production. \u00c9valuer la journ\u00e9e par \u00ab Est-ce que je me suis pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ? \u00bb plut\u00f4t que par \u00ab combien de mots ? \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-de-la-page-blanche-au-premier-mouvement-l-entree-est-decisive\">De la page blanche au premier mouvement : l\u2019entr\u00e9e est d\u00e9cisive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La peur de la page blanche n\u2019est pas toujours la peur d\u2019\u00e9crire. C\u2019est souvent la peur du premier pas, celui o\u00f9 quelque chose se fixe : un ton, une direction, un enjeu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors, ne romantise pas le d\u00e9marrage. Ritualise-le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-regle-des-3-minutes\">La r\u00e8gle des 3 minutes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne te fixe pas un objectif pour toute la journ\u00e9e. Fixe-toi 3 minutes. Trois minutes d\u2019\u00e9criture, m\u00eame imparfaite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas un \u00ab truc \u00bb. C\u2019est physiologique : l\u2019entr\u00e9e est la plus haute marche. Une fois franchie, tout s\u2019assouplit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-autorisation-d-une-mauvaise-version\">L\u2019autorisation d\u2019une \u00ab mauvaise version \u00bb<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9cris volontairement une version qui n\u2019a pas besoin de r\u00e9ussir. Tu donnes \u00e0 ton cerveau le droit de produire de la mati\u00e8re au lieu de prouver la qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-premiere-phrase-physique\">Une premi\u00e8re phrase physique<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Commence par un geste, pas par une explication. Une porte s\u2019ouvre. Un personnage s\u2019assoit. Des chaussures tombent. Un verre se couvre de bu\u00e9e. L\u2019action r\u00e9duit la tension parce qu\u2019elle est concr\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-resolution-qui-inclut-la-procrastination\">Une r\u00e9solution qui inclut la procrastination<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne prends pas comme r\u00e9solution : \u00ab Je ne procrastinerai plus. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prends plut\u00f4t :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je rep\u00e8re t\u00f4t quel type de procrastination est en train de jouer \u2014 et je choisis une contre-action adapt\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est \u00e7a, le courage \u00e9motionnel en \u00e9criture : pas l\u2019absence de peur, mais le contact maintenu avec le texte malgr\u00e9 la r\u00e9sistance int\u00e9rieure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-micro-scene-juste-avant-de-commencer\">Micro-sc\u00e8ne : juste avant de commencer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle ouvre l\u2019ordinateur et se fige aussit\u00f4t.<br>Pas sur le texte, sur la sensation.<br>Comme si le fichier \u00e9tait un miroir pr\u00eat \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle ouvre le document, voit le vide, veut le remplir.<br>Et c\u2019est exactement ce qui la raidit.<br>Elle clique sur un dossier sans rapport.<br>Puis sur le navigateur.<br>Puis sur quelque chose qui ressemble au contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle s\u2019arr\u00eate.<br>Pas parce que la motivation arrive soudain.<br>Mais parce qu\u2019elle met un nom : procrastination, pas r\u00e9alit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle met un minuteur sur trois minutes.<br>Elle n\u2019\u00e9crit pas une bonne phrase.<br>Elle \u00e9crit une phrase qui fait une seule chose : commencer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une porte claque.<br>Le personnage reste dans le couloir, \u00e9coute sa propre respiration.<br>Rien de plus.<br>Mais la page n\u2019est plus blanche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-courage-dont-2026-a-besoin\">Le courage dont 2026 a besoin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Peut-\u00eatre que 2026 ne sera pas \u00ab l\u2019ann\u00e9e de la discipline \u00bb.<br>Peut-\u00eatre que ce sera l\u2019ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 tu apprends \u00e0 lire ta r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tu te fixes des objectifs, oui.<br>Mais tu te fixes aussi des strat\u00e9gies pour les moments o\u00f9 tu voudras les \u00e9viter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce que ce n\u2019est pas le quota qui d\u00e9cide si tu \u00e9cris.<br>C\u2019est l\u2019entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e, c\u2019est la saison des bonnes r\u00e9solutions.
