Toute perception du corps passe par un filtre : souvenirs, comparaisons, paroles re\u00e7ues. Dans l\u2019\u00e9criture \u00e9rotique, cela devient essentiel : les personnages ne vivent jamais leur corps de mani\u00e8re neutre. M\u00eame seuls, ils portent le souvenir d\u2019un regard. Celle qui se croit belle a appris \u00e0 le croire \u2014 par les reflets, les compliments, les signes d\u2019approbation. Celle qui se sent laide ne s\u2019est pas vue, elle s\u2019est <em>entendue<\/em> : les moqueries, les silences, le d\u00e9sint\u00e9r\u00eat. Le corps devient un \u00e9cho entre le regard des autres et celui que l\u2019on porte sur soi.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-miroir-comme-scene\">Le miroir comme sc\u00e8ne<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une femme se tient nue devant son miroir. Dans la vie, ce serait un instant; dans le texte, cela devient un espace de perception. Que voit-elle? Que <em>pense<\/em>-t-elle voir? Elle remarque ses \u00e9paules, la texture de sa peau, les d\u00e9tails qu\u2019elle voudrait corriger. Puis quelqu\u2019un entre. Soudain, la m\u00eame peau para\u00eet plus douce, plus vivante. Le corps n\u2019a pas chang\u00e9 \u2014 seulement la lumi\u00e8re du regard. Le corps n\u2019est jamais seulement ce qu\u2019il est : il est aussi ce qu\u2019on lui fait signifier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-l-attractivite-comme-relation\">L\u2019attractivit\u00e9 comme relation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La beaut\u00e9 n\u2019est pas un \u00e9tat mais un \u00e9change. Elle na\u00eet entre deux regards, dans l\u2019instant o\u00f9 l\u2019on est per\u00e7u. Un personnage qui se sent d\u00e9sir\u00e9 habite son corps diff\u00e9remment; celui qui se sent invisible le ressent comme un poids. Psychologiquement, l\u2019image de soi se construit dans la relation. Le regard de l\u2019autre devient une seconde peau. Beaucoup de femmes, r\u00e9elles ou fictives, portent ce regard en elles. L\u2019\u00e9rotisme f\u00e9ministe le r\u00e9v\u00e8le et le renverse : la protagoniste apprend \u00e0 se regarder sans se juger, \u00e0 reprendre possession de son image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-perception-dans-l-ecriture\">La perception dans l\u2019\u00e9criture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019auteur, la beaut\u00e9 n\u2019est pas description mais conscience. Elle ne se trouve pas dans les adjectifs, mais dans la perception que le personnage a de lui-m\u00eame. Un homme s\u00fbr de son charme s\u2019exprime autrement : son langage respire. Une femme pleine de doutes se fragmente dans ses pens\u00e9es. L\u2019image de soi peut devenir outil narratif. Au lieu d\u2019\u00e9crire \u00ab Elle \u00e9tait belle \u00bb, \u00e9cris : \u00ab Il la regardait comme si elle l\u2019\u00e9tait plus qu\u2019elle ne se croyait. Et pendant un instant, elle le crut. \u00bb Ce l\u00e9ger d\u00e9placement transforme la description en psychologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quand-les-images-se-heurtent\">Quand les images se heurtent<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sc\u00e8nes les plus intenses naissent quand l\u2019image de soi et celle que renvoie le regard de l\u2019autre ne co\u00efncident pas. Elle se croit banale, il la trouve fascinante. Il pense dominer, elle per\u00e7oit sa faille. Cette collision cr\u00e9e la tension avant m\u00eame le contact. Le d\u00e9sir appara\u00eet souvent \u00e0 cet endroit : dans la pens\u00e9e, \u00ab Ce n\u2019est pas ainsi que je me vois, mais c\u2019est ainsi que tu me vois. \u00bb Et ce constat peut \u00eatre vertigineux ou lib\u00e9rateur selon la force d\u2019y entrer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pour-ton-ecriture\">Pour ton \u00e9criture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Quand tu inventes un personnage, demande-toi : comment se voit-il ? Que ressent-il face \u00e0 son propre reflet ? Comment son corps change-t-il sous un regard ? N\u2019\u00e9cris pas la beaut\u00e9, \u00e9cris la perception. N\u2019\u00e9cris pas la forme, mais l\u2019effet qu\u2019elle produit. Montre comment le regard devient \u00e9cho int\u00e9rieur \u2014 parfois fauss\u00e9, parfois \u00e9mancipateur. L\u2019\u00e9rotisme na\u00eet non de ce qui est visible, mais de ce que le corps ressent lorsqu\u2019il se sait vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-exercice-d-ecriture\">Exercice d\u2019\u00e9criture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9cris une sc\u00e8ne o\u00f9 ton personnage se regarde \u2014 dans un miroir, dans une vitre, dans le regard d\u2019un autre. Qu\u2019il d\u00e9couvre que son image est fragile, mouvante. Peut-\u00eatre se trouve-t-il soudain beau, peut-\u00eatre \u00e9tranger.
