Les corps, les tissus, les gestes deviennent pr\u00e9visibles s\u2019ils sont d\u00e9crits tels qu\u2019on les conna\u00eet d\u00e9j\u00e0. La d\u00e9familiarisation consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9crire l\u2019ordinaire comme s\u2019il \u00e9tait per\u00e7u pour la premi\u00e8re fois. Ce n\u2019est pas un concept abstrait : c\u2019est un acte sensoriel. En ralentissant le regard, chaque bouton, chaque souffle, chaque mouvement de tissu retrouve sa charge de myst\u00e8re et de vie.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-regard-ralenti\">Le regard ralenti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9familiarisation commence par l\u2019attention. Ce n\u2019est pas ce qu\u2019on voit, mais <em>comment<\/em> on le voit qui cr\u00e9e l\u2019intensit\u00e9. Au lieu d\u2019\u00e9crire \u00ab Elle souleva sa robe \u00bb, \u00e9cris : \u00ab Elle sentit le tissu r\u00e9sister sous ses doigts. \u00bb Le langage suit le rythme de la sensation, non celui de l\u2019action. En ralentissant, le texte transforme le banal en pr\u00e9sence. Une peau famili\u00e8re devient \u00e9trang\u00e8re, un geste anodin devient d\u00e9couverte. L\u2019\u00e9rotisme na\u00eet moins de la nouveaut\u00e9 que de la <strong>conscience<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-quand-la-routine-devient-rituel\">Quand la routine devient rituel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9rotisme se cache souvent dans la r\u00e9p\u00e9tition. Un caf\u00e9 partag\u00e9, un bouton referm\u00e9, une m\u00e8che de cheveux attach\u00e9e \u2014 autant de gestes quotidiens qui deviennent rituels quand on les observe de pr\u00e8s. Imagine un homme qui regarde sa compagne boutonner sa chemise : chaque bouton est un souffle, chaque geste, une petite d\u00e9cision. Ce qui est banal dans la vie devient sacr\u00e9 dans le temps du r\u00e9cit. L\u2019\u00e9criture rend visible la tension entre habitude et \u00e9merveillement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-langage-comme-reveil\">Le langage comme r\u00e9veil<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9familiarisation n\u2019est pas seulement un th\u00e8me, c\u2019est un style. Le langage \u00e9rotique perd sa force s\u2019il se r\u00e9p\u00e8te : \u00ab douce \u00bb, \u00ab br\u00fblante \u00bb, \u00ab d\u00e9sirable \u00bb. Remplace les clich\u00e9s par la pr\u00e9cision sensorielle. Une \u00e9paule peut \u00ab garder l\u2019odeur du soleil \u00bb, un souffle peut \u00ab froisser l\u2019air entre eux \u00bb. Ces images ralentissent la lecture et forcent le lecteur \u00e0 ressentir. Dans cette lenteur se niche le d\u00e9sir : une respiration du texte elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-corps-comme-paysage\">Le corps comme paysage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Par la d\u00e9familiarisation, le corps devient un territoire. Imagine une femme devant son miroir : au lieu de d\u00e9crire sa forme, raconte comment la lumi\u00e8re glisse sur elle, comment le reflet respire \u00e0 son rythme. Ou deux amants front contre front, d\u00e9couvrant que la peau n\u2019est pas barri\u00e8re, mais fronti\u00e8re vivante, organe du sentir. Le corps cesse d\u2019\u00eatre objet, il devient espace \u00e0 explorer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ecrire-contre-l-habitude\">\u00c9crire contre l\u2019habitude<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9familiariser, c\u2019est \u00e9crire <em>contre<\/em> l\u2019automatisme. Change de point de vue, de tempo, de sens. \u00c9cris une sc\u00e8ne \u00e0 travers le toucher, le son, l\u2019odeur. Montre ce qu\u2019un personnage ne comprend pas \u2014 comment un corps familier devient soudain inconnu parce que le contexte a chang\u00e9. L\u2019inconnu est le lieu de la perception. L\u2019\u00e9rotisme, c\u2019est red\u00e9couvrir le monde \u00e0 travers la peau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pour-ton-ecriture\">Pour ton \u00e9criture<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Aborde chaque sc\u00e8ne comme une premi\u00e8re fois. Que verrais-tu si tu oubliais ce que tu sais ? Qu\u2019est-ce qui t\u2019arr\u00eaterait, t\u2019\u00e9tonnerait ? Suis ce ralentissement. La d\u00e9familiarisation \u00e9rotique n\u2019invente pas le geste : elle lui rend son myst\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-exercice-d-ecriture\">Exercice d\u2019\u00e9criture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Choisis un geste quotidien \u2013 fermer une fermeture \u00e9clair, ouvrir une bouteille, s\u2019asseoir sur une chaise \u2013 et \u00e9cris-le comme un \u00e9v\u00e9nement sensuel, inconnu. Donne du poids \u00e0 chaque mouvement, de la texture \u00e0 chaque contact.
