Notre image corporelle est d\u00e9terminante pour la fa\u00e7on dont nous nous voyons et dont nous voyons notre place dans le monde. Elle influence notre confiance en nous, notre estime de soi et nos relations avec les autres. Mais t’es-tu d\u00e9j\u00e0 demand\u00e9 quels sont les facteurs qui fa\u00e7onnent ton image corporelle ? Cette question m\u00e9rite d’\u00eatre explor\u00e9e, surtout pour les auteurs de litt\u00e9rature \u00e9rotique qui veulent cr\u00e9er des personnages \u00e0 la fois r\u00e9alistes et compr\u00e9hensibles. Dans cet article de blog, nous abordons les diff\u00e9rents facteurs qui fa\u00e7onnent notre image corporelle, aussi bien internes qu’externes. Des pens\u00e9es aux g\u00e8nes, nous examinerons les nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments de ce concept complexe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commen\u00e7ons par les facteurs internes : notre comportement joue un r\u00f4le important dans la fa\u00e7on dont nous voyons notre corps. Si nous avons pris l’habitude de nous parler n\u00e9gativement, cela peut conduire \u00e0 une vision d\u00e9form\u00e9e de notre corps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cela devient vraiment probl\u00e9matique lorsque nous sommes entour\u00e9s de personnes qui sont \u00e9galement tomb\u00e9es dans le pi\u00e8ge du mensonge m\u00e9diatique sur la beaut\u00e9 et qui te confortent dans l’id\u00e9e erron\u00e9e que seuls sont beaux ceux qui ont l’air d’\u00eatre tomb\u00e9s d’Insta. En revanche, l’appartenance \u00e0 un groupe d’amis positif peut nous amener \u00e0 accepter plus facilement notre corps pour ce qu’il est : individuel. Pas normalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La g\u00e9n\u00e9tique joue \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le, car nos caract\u00e9ristiques physiques sont souvent h\u00e9rit\u00e9es de nos parents. Cela peut sembler injuste, mais les personnes n\u00e9es dans des familles ayant des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de surpoids ou d’ob\u00e9sit\u00e9 ont un risque plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de devenir elles-m\u00eames en surpoids ou ob\u00e8ses. Cela est d\u00fb au fait qu’ils pr\u00e9sentent des facteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques qui les rendent plus vuln\u00e9rables au surpoids. Il en va de m\u00eame pour la taille. Si tes parents sont tous deux plut\u00f4t petits, les chances pour toi de faire une carri\u00e8re de basketteur\/euse plus tard sont assez faibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notre profession, notre r\u00f4le et notre formation peuvent \u00e9galement avoir un impact sur notre image corporelle. La pression pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certaines normes physiques peut entra\u00eener des probl\u00e8mes d’image corporelle, comme c’est le cas pour les mannequins ou les sportifs. D’autre part, il est inutile de r\u00eaver du corps d’un athl\u00e8te quand on n’est pas sportif. Le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, la seule solution serait de commencer \u00e0 faire du sport. Et de toute fa\u00e7on, la sc\u00e8ne du mannequinat est en train de changer, ce qui relativise les clich\u00e9s habituels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La sant\u00e9 peut aussi \u00eatre un facteur. La maladie ou les blessures peuvent modifier notre corps et nous amener \u00e0 nous percevoir diff\u00e9remment. Les souvenirs et les exp\u00e9riences du pass\u00e9, en particulier ceux li\u00e9s aux traumatismes ou aux abus, peuvent \u00e9galement avoir un impact sur notre image corporelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
