La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape pour gu\u00e9rir ton image corporelle n\u00e9gative consiste \u00e0 prendre les r\u00eanes et \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre que la honte corporelle n&#8217;est pas seulement ton probl\u00e8me. Fixe-toi des objectifs r\u00e9alisables et sois aimable et affectueux envers toi-m\u00eame. Concentre-toi sur ton int\u00e9rieur et d\u00e9veloppe ta confiance en toi au lieu de t&#8217;int\u00e9resser uniquement \u00e0 ton apparence. Ton corps n&#8217;est qu&#8217;une enveloppe, et ton esprit est ce qui te fait rayonner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Il n&#8217;est pas facile de lutter contre la honte et de gu\u00e9rir ton image corporelle n\u00e9gative, mais c&#8217;est un processus important pour ton bien-\u00eatre mental et \u00e9motionnel. Commence par reconna\u00eetre que personne n&#8217;est parfait et que chaque personne a quelque chose d&#8217;unique et de pr\u00e9cieux \u00e0 offrir. Pense \u00e0 parler de ta honte et \u00e0 t&#8217;en d\u00e9barrasser, cherche une communaut\u00e9 qui te soutienne et prends soin de ton moi int\u00e9rieur.
