Wir k\u00f6nnen mit ihnen negative Emotionen \u00fcberlagern. Manche nutzen sie als eine Art Mantra in der Meditation, zum Beispiel im autogenen Training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lasst sie auf euch wirken, schaut, was sie mit eurer Stimmung machen und reflektiert an ihnen eure eigene Sicht &#8211; denn oft bringen sie etwas in euch zum Schwingen. Und der Heilungsprozess beginnt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf dieser Seite habe ich ein erstes Set von Affirmationen zum Thema Body-Confidence zusammengestellt. Denn Body-Con &#8211; ein positives Verh\u00e4ltnis zum eigenen K\u00f6rper &#8211; wird immer schwieriger in einer Zeit, die von Influencern mit Idealk\u00f6rpern gepr\u00e4gt ist. Von Leuten, die au\u00dfer Salat nicht viel zu sich nehmen und Stunden im Gym verbringen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mal ganz abgesehen davon, dass unser K\u00f6rper mit einer bestimmten Struktur gewachsen ist. Und kein Gym der Welt kommt dagegen an, wenn uns unsere Nase oder unsere F\u00fc\u00dfe nicht gefallen, wenn die Br\u00fcste nicht symmetrisch sind oder unser Knochenbau zu breit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aber wir k\u00f6nnen lernen, uns mit uns selbst zu vers\u00f6hnen. Wir k\u00f6nnen damit aufh\u00f6ren, uns st\u00e4ndig zu vergleichen oder gar f\u00fcr uns selbst zu sch\u00e4men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also: Werft einen Blick auf die unten stehenden Affirmation, pinnt sie euch oder schreibt sie mit Lippenstift auf euren Badezimmerspiegel.
