Da viele von uns dazu neigen, ihren Selbstwert am \u00c4u\u00dferen &#8211; und damit an der Aufmerksamkeit, die ihnen zuteil wird &#8211; festzumachen, lohnt es sich vielleicht, hier noch einmal die andere Seite zu beleuchten: Sobald wir unseren Selbstwert davon abh\u00e4ngig machen, wie andere uns beurteilen, sind wir ihnen hilflos ausgeliefert. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das einzige Mittel dagegen besteht darin, sich zumindest in dem Bereich auf sich selbst zu konzentrieren. Das hei\u00dft nicht, sich selbst bedingungslos gut zu finden. Wohl aber, an einem realistischen Selbstbild zu arbeiten. Dazu geh\u00f6ren auch die eigenen Schw\u00e4chen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es hilft nichts, vor diesen Schw\u00e4chen davonzulaufen oder m\u00f6glichst wenig an sie zu denken. Sie sind eine Herausforderung an uns, uns weiter zu entwickeln. Aber wenn wir unser Bestes geben, haben wir allen Grund, uns mit Wohlwollen im Spiegel zu betrachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selbstliebe hat nichts mit Narzissmus zu tun. Es ist die Grundvoraussetzung f\u00fcr eine positive Ausstrahlung.
