As some of you may already know, we\u2019ve been publishing erotic stories on Amazon Kindle for ten years\u2014and have now been kicked out of the program without any specific reasons given. Ten years of work, countless stories, a loyal readership\u2014gone just like that, from one day to the next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, we\u2019re not alone in this. Since the turn of the year 2025\/26, Amazon appears to be carrying out a large-scale purge, to which numerous authors of erotic literature have apparently fallen victim\u2014also without clear justification or the opportunity to defend themselves. Exactly what Amazon\u2019s criteria are remains unclear. This makes the situation particularly frustrating for everyone affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We described how one might try to fight such a decision in an earlier blog post\u2014even though, to be honest, we ourselves don\u2019t know if it\u2019s worth the effort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On top of that, our attempt to find a new home on literotica.com<\/a> is apparently going nowhere. For weeks, the last text we wrote has been marked \u201cpending,\u201d with no clear explanation as to why. Right now, it feels as though the platforms we rely on as authors are systematically pulling the rug out from under us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

That\u2019s why Marc and I have decided to take a break to let the recent events sink in. This means there won\u2019t be any new blog posts from us for the foreseeable future. Whether and how we\u2019ll continue is truly anyone\u2019s guess at the moment\u2014our mood is more resigned than combative, and we don\u2019t want to hide that from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For you, this break might be an opportunity to browse through our archive. Over the past few years, we\u2019ve accumulated countless articles on all aspects of erotic literature\u2014there\u2019s surely still a thing or two to discover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We still look forward to your comments\u2014whether on this site or on one of our social media channels. You\u2019re the reason we\u2019ve stuck with this for so long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
