This guide explains the concept and the usual procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-basic-concept-and-organization\">Basic concept and organization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The basis of a Crush Party is a structured nomination process:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Each member of the fraternity can nominate 3-5 people<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>These nominations are based on romantic interest or a desire to get to know the person better<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organizers collect this information confidentially<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The nominated people receive an invitation to the event<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-forms-of-procedure\">Forms of procedure<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the standard form, the invited persons do not know who nominated them. This allows for casual interactions during the event.
